Thales is a slightly glossy upholstery velvet. Its short pile is arranged in two directions, creating a pattern of narrow and vertical stripes. The fabric catches the eye with an intriguing play of light reflections - depending on the angle of incidence, either the background or the stripes seem to be lighter.
Thales is produced from a blend of natural and synthetic fibres, resulting in a thick handle. It goes well with both stylised and modern, elegant furniture, e.g. inspired by the Biedermeier or Rococo styles. The colour palette of this velvet includes 9 classic shades, similarly to other fabrics from the Kasper collection. Coordinates of Thales from the same collection are Kasper, Plato and Sokrates.
