Granola new colours
Granola is a melange upholstery fabric inspired by the mid-century design. We have extended its colour palette with 5 new shades.
Each of Granola’s 21 colour variants is a combination of several hues in carefully selected proportions and compositions. They infallibly evoke the design used in the mid-twentieth century both in clothing and furniture. The new additions to the colour chart of the fabric are predominantly based on dark, saturated browns in cold and warm tones, tactfully complemented with white, grey and orange. The sole exception is indigo combined with blue, white and grey fibres. Such colour compositions will not only prove practical in everyday use, but will also go well with the currently trendy dark colours of wood.
Granola is an upholstery fabric, whose composition comprises a blend of recycled cotton and wool, acrylic, polyester and silk. It will be a great solution for upholstering sofas, armchairs, chairs and pouffes, especially those with wooden frames. Its abrasion resistance is 50 000 Martindale cycles.
With its appearance, Granola resembles the famous donegal tweeds that have for centuries been manufactured in County Donegal, Ireland. This region is known for plain-weave tweeds, with the warp and weft differing in colour. These tweeds were adorned with irregularly woven small pieces of variously-coloured yarn, usually contrasting with the colour of the main fabric.
Fizzy new colours
We have expanded the colour palette of the decorative fabric Fizzy with 5 new, nature-inspired colours. Subtle sandy brown, cream and broken whites will be a perfect choice for interiors abundant in natural materials, e.g. those in the Japandi style.
The new colours of Fizzy will offer even greater possibilities for using this versatile, decorative plain fabric. To date, we have recommended it mainly for modern, somewhat raw interiors as well as children's rooms (Fizzy comes in light, pastel azure and peach). Now, you can also apply it in more cosy interiors, abundant in wood, brick, ceramics, textiles and rattan.
Neve - 2023 novelty
Polyester bouclé fabric with a characteristic texture for both upholstering furniture and sewing curtains or other textile elements for interior decoration. The soft and fluffy yarn and the weaving method make Neve’s weft loops densely arranged and pleasant to the touch.
This original texture sets Neve apart from other bouclé fabrics, whose loops are more visible and tangible. At first glance, Neve’s irregular, soft surface resembles a blanket of fresh snow, which is reflected in the Italian name of the fabric.
