The fibre composition of Sabbia, a semi-transparent net curtain, includes linen and bamboo. This soft, tactile decorative fabric has a gently visible weave and fine irregularities of the yarn. As regards window decoration, the fabric can be used on its own or in combination with similarly raw, rustic-style curtains. It will go well with interiors abundant in natural materials and surfaces, e.g. rustic, Japandi, industrial.
With its appearance, semi-transparency and tendency for characteristic creases, Sabbia resembles 100% linen fabrics. However, the content of bamboo viscose makes its surface more smooth and sleek. Sabbia comes in 11 colour variants comprising various cold and warm shades of white.
The fabric can be used to decorate high interiors, as it is produced in the width of 300 cm. Net curtains made from Sabbia will be nicely drapable thanks to the finishing with a lead weight tape.
The word “sabbia” means “sand” in Italian. The name refers to natural creases of the fabric, resembling a landscape of desert or coastal dunes.
