A jacquard fabric featuring a delicate geometric pattern inspired by the aesthetics of Art Deco and Biedermeier. The Scale motif draws on the rhythmic arrangement of scales on the skin of a snake or other reptile. Depending on the direction in which the fabric is positioned, the pattern can also be interpreted as a botanical motif.
Its pronounced texture and dense weave are best showcased on simple forms and smooth surfaces. The fabric is designed for upholstering furniture and creating textile interior decorations, such as cushions, bolsters, decorative panels, and headboards.
Scale is available in seven colourways and, together with the Tile, Shard, and Sandglass fabrics, forms the Kaleidoscope collection.
